Farid Khoury
Mr. Khoury is the founder of Law Office of Farid H. El Khoury in 1992. He obtained in 1978 a Degree in law from Saint- Joseph University of Beirut and the University of Lyon France. He obtained in 1979 a Maitrise in private law and a Maitrise in public law, and in 1981 a Master in Private law from Saint -Joseph University of Beirut.
Mr. Khoury is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1979 as a Lawyer. He is a Business law lecturer at the Saint- Joseph University since 1982 and headed the banking Law section at the “Centre d’Etudes Bancaires” delivered by the Joseph University in collaboration with the Lebanese Banks Association. He‘s currently the General Secretary of Sagesse Beirut Alumni Association.
Mr. Khoury attended many seminars and workshops in Lebanon and abroad, delivered seminars regarding Business and commercial law, and collaborated in professional seminars with several self interferences about the development of the Lawyer’s practices in the Middle East (ISO requirements, Professional Teamwork, Networking management…)
Mr. Khoury is author of several Law articles concerning commercial and corporate related issues.
Mr. Khoury concentrations are in the following law fields:

Talal Bijjani
Mr. Bijjani is member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2003. He joined Law Office of Farid H. El Khoury in 2005. Mr. Bijjani obtained in 2002 a License in Law from the Lebanese University and an MA in International Law from Notre Dame University in 2004. Mr. Bijjani attended several programs and courses delivered by accredited universities and Institutions such as the PIL program offered by Harvard Law School in summer 2003, The International Trade Law Course organized by the UNCITRAL in Turin Italy, and the English Legal Methods seminar at Cambridge University.
Mr. Bijjani holds BS in Banking and Finance.and his concentrations are in the following fields of laws: Banking and Financial Law, International Trading Agreements, Commercial Law.
Mr. Bijjani is fluent in English French, and Arabic.

Tamara El Helou
Ms. El Helou is member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2003. She joined Law Office of Farid H. El Khoury in 2005. Ms. El Helou obtained in 2000 a License in Law from Sagesse University and in 2003 a DEA in Private Law. Ms El Helou attended many seminars and workshops organized by the UN concerning the protective and preventive measures to be taken in relation with minor’s criminal cases. Ms. El Helou is an author of the law book “Ecclesiastic Will”.
Ms. El Helou concentrations are in the following fields of laws: Criminal Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law.

Nayla Choucair
Ms. Choucair is member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2003. Ms. Choucair joined Law Office of Farid H. El Khoury in 2008. Ms. Choucair obtained in 2002 a License in Law from Lebanese University.

Désirée Challita
Ms. Challita is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2008 and joined law Office of Farid H. El-Khoury in October 2008. Ms Challita obtained in 2006 a Master degree in Private and Public Law from Holy Spirit University Kaslik USEK.
Ms. Challita is currently a trainee in our law firm.
